| Obverse description | Bare-headed bust of Emperor Antoninus Pius facing right, clad in cuirass and paludamentum, depicted from the front-centre view. The emperor's features are rendered in typical Antonine portrait style with characteristic beard and mature physiognomy. The encircling Greek legend names the emperor with his full imperial titulature. The flan shows signs of irregular casting typical of Alexandrian provincial bronze coinage of this period. |

| Reverse description | Draped bust of the goddess Isis facing right, crowned with the basileion — a distinctive headdress comprising a solar disc flanked by cow horns surmounted by a modius — her hair arranged in characteristically elaborate Isiac ringlets falling over the shoulders. A sistrum, the sacred rattle associated with the cult of Isis, is depicted upright before her bust in the left field. The date regnal legend L Δ (year 4) appears in the field, corresponding to the fourth year of Antoninus Pius's reign in the Alexandrian calendar. |
