| Obverse description | Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust of Emperor Hadrian facing right, depicted from behind (seen from rear), presenting the characteristic Alexandrian three-quarter rear-view portrait style. The emperor's laurel wreath, paludamentum, and cuirass are rendered with considerable detail despite the module's worn surfaces. The surrounding Greek legend is distributed across the upper and lower fields. The flan exhibits irregular edges with two notable flan cuts, typical of Alexandrian bronze coinage of the period. |
