Reverse description A complex religious composition featuring the draped bust of Sarapis to the right, wearing the kalathos (modius) and a laurel wreath, juxtaposed with the draped bust of Isis to the left, crowned with a taenia, solar disc, and cow horns. Between the two deities, a small figure of Harpocrates is depicted raising a finger to his lips in his characteristic gesture of silence and holding a cornucopia. Below this divine triad, an eagle with outstretched wings stands facing on a thunderbolt, its head turned to the left, serving as an emblem of imperial and divine authority. The regnal date legend L ΙΗ (year 18) appears in the field.
