| Obverse description | Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust of Emperor Hadrian facing right, viewed from behind, with the paludamentum visible over the left shoulder. The imperial effigy is rendered in the Alexandrian provincial style, with fine detailing on the laurel wreath. The encircling Greek legend is divided across the upper field. The flan is broad and slightly irregular, consistent with Alexandrian provincial coinage of the period. |
