(Translation: Emperor Caesar Marcus Aurelius Severus Antoninus Parthicus Maximus, Britannicus Maximus, Pious Augustus)
Reverse description Isis enthroned right upon a high-backed throne, wearing the double-plumed crown with solar disk and cow horns, suckling the infant Harpocrates seated on her lap, who wears the skhent crown and holds a lotus bud. A hawk perches on the backrest of the throne behind the goddess, and a Sphinx is depicted on an altar in the field before her. The reverse field is largely plain, with the regnal date legend placed in the exergual area.
