| Obverse description | Turreted and draped bust of Tyche facing right, wearing a mural crown with prominent battlemented towers rendered in high relief. The bust is depicted in the local Greek provincial style, with drapery visible at the shoulder. The encircling Greek legend reads ΠΡΩΤΗ ΛΕϹΒΟΥ ΜΥΤΙΛΗΝ around the periphery of the flan, identifying Mytilene as the foremost city of Lesbos. The overall style is characteristic of the Pergamene conventus civic bronze coinage of the mid-third century AD. |

| Reverse description | Elaborate allegorical composition featuring Asclepius standing at left, facing right, holding a serpent-entwined staff (caduceus-style asklepian rod), confronting the enthroned Tyche of Mytilene seated left, who holds a patera in her right hand and a herm of Dionysus in her left. To the right stands a cult statue of Artemis of Ephesus in the characteristic polymastos form. The entire scene is flanked by two figures of Nemesis, the right-hand figure accompanied by a wheel at her feet. The reverse legend ΟΜΟΝΟΙΑ ΜΥΤΙΛΗΝΑΙΩΝ encircles the field, proclaiming the concord of the Mytileneans. |
