背面描述	Dionysus, depicted semi-draped, rides in a biga drawn by two panthers advancing to the left, holding a thyrsus in his right hand. The god is shown in a dynamic pose atop the chariot, consistent with Alexandrian Dionysiac imagery frequently employed on provincial bronzes of the Roman imperial period. The regnal year legend L ΙΘ (year 19 of Trajan's reign, corresponding to 115–116 CE) appears in the upper left field. The panther biga is rendered with considerable detail despite the broad flan and irregular strike typical of Alexandrian Æ coinage. The wheel of the chariot is visible to the right.
