Beschrijving voorzijde Laureate and draped bust of Emperor Trajan facing right, rendered in the Alexandrian provincial style. The laureate wreath is visible atop the emperor's head, with the characteristic short-cropped hair of Trajan's portraiture. The bust is positioned prominently in the center of the flan, with the surrounding Greek legend partially legible around the periphery. The surfaces show heavy wear and patination consistent with circulation, lending some uncertainty to the precise bust type. The overall style reflects the local Alexandrian workshop tradition of the early second century AD.

Beschrijving keerzijde Asclepius, the god of medicine, stands facing with head turned to the right, his right hand grasping a serpent-entwined staff (caduceus-style kerykeion). To the right, a female figure identified as Hygieia (or possibly a similar deity) stands facing left, extending her right arm to present an uncertain object, while resting her left elbow upon a column. The composition is typical of Alexandrian provincial coinage of the Trajanic period, reflecting the syncretic religious imagery common to Roman Egypt. The date regnal legend appears in the field. Wear and flan irregularities obscure some details of both figures.
