| Obverse description | Draped and diademed bust of Otacilia Severa facing right, the hair arranged in waves and drawn back, with a stephane visible above. The effigy is rendered in the typical provincial style of the mid-third century AD. The circular Greek legend surrounds the portrait within the fields. The flan shows characteristic irregular edges common to provincial bronze issues of this period. |

He holds a reed in his right hand and a cornucopia in his left, with a water urn beside him from which a stream flows, and a fish visible nearby — standard iconographic attributes associating the deity with the celebrated Maeander River of Lydia.
