Obverse description Laureate and draped bust of Marcus Aurelius facing right, with a full curled beard rendered in the characteristic Antonine style. The emperor's effigy displays traces of drapery over the left shoulder, visible at the bust truncation. The peripheral Greek legend runs around the obverse field. A dotted border is present along portions of the rim.
