正面描述 Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust of Emperor Hadrian facing right, rendered in three-quarter view from the rear, displaying the paludamentum fastened at the shoulder and the scaled cuirass in fine relief. The emperor's characteristic beard and curled hair are rendered in the Alexandrian style. The Greek legend is disposed in two lines around the effigy, reading ΑΥΤ ΚΑΙϹ ΤΡΑΙΑΝ to the left and ΑΔΡΙΑΝΟϹ ϹΕΒ to the right, identifying him as Autocrator Caesar Trajan Hadrian Augustus. The flan is broad and irregularly shaped, consistent with Alexandrian bronze coinage of the period.

正面铭文 ΑΥΤ ΚΑΙϹ ΤΡΑΙΑΝ - ΑΔΡΙΑΝΟϹ ϹΕΒ
(Translation: Emperor Caesar Trajan Hadrian Augustus)
背面描述 The god Sarapis, shown as a bearded and robed mature male figure, is depicted seated and reclining upon the back of a large spread eagle facing left, whose wings are fully extended to fill the field. Sarapis holds ears of grain in his extended left hand and grasps a long sceptre in his right, emblematic of his dual role as a deity of fertility and sovereign power. The regnal date legend L ΚΑ (year 21, corresponding to 136–137 AD) is inscribed in the upper field, flanking the figure on either side. The composition is boldly rendered in high relief, characteristic of Alexandrian imperial bronze coinage. The reverse field shows the rough, granular surface typical of struck Egyptian provincial bronzes.
