| Description de l’avers | Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust of Emperor Hadrian facing right, presented from a rear three-quarter perspective, the paludamentum visible over the left shoulder and the segmented cuirass rendered in fine relief. The emperor's characteristic short beard and curled hair are clearly articulated beneath the laurel wreath. The Greek imperial legend is disposed around the periphery of the flan, partially visible along the left and right fields. The flan is irregular and shows typical characteristics of Alexandrian provincial bronze coinage of the period. |

| Description du revers | Harpocrates of Mendes, the youthful Egyptian solar deity, depicted riding to the left upon a striding ram, his body rendered in high relief with fine drapery visible across his form. The god wears his characteristic attributes including the skhent crown, and raises one hand in the traditional gesture of silence with a finger to his lips. The date regnal legend L ΚΑ appears in the right field, denoting the twenty-first year of Hadrian's reign. The ram is shown in vigorous stride with its characteristic curled fleece rendered in a stippled, globular style typical of Alexandrian provincial bronzes. |
