Year 20 of Hadrian's reign, which is what the "L Κ" (year notation) indicates — this places the issue squarely in 135/136 AD, the final years of his life. Hadrian had reorganized Egypt's administrative and monetary systems more thoroughly than any emperor since Augustus, and Alexandria's mint operated under tight imperial control, producing dated regnal bronzes in a system that makes precise attribution far easier than for most provincial issues. The dating convention itself, using the Egyptian regnal year rather than the Roman consular calendar, persisted because Alexandria's mint never fully shed its Ptolemaic administrative habits.
