To her right stands Euthenia, the personification of abundance particular to Alexandria, facing with head turned left, presenting ears of corn in one hand and a long sceptre in the other. The two goddesses form a complementary compositional pairing emblematic of Alexandrian agricultural and civic prosperity. The regnal date legend L ΙΖ (Year 17) appears in the field. |
