| Obverse description | Laureate bust of Emperor Hadrian facing left, depicted with characteristic short beard and draped paludamentum on the shoulder. The imperial effigy is rendered in the typical Alexandrian provincial style, with the laureate wreath clearly visible atop the head. The surrounding Greek legend runs along the coin's periphery, naming the emperor with his full imperial titulature. The flan is broad and slightly irregular, consistent with Alexandrian bronze coinage of the Hadrianic period. |
