| Obverse description | Laureate, draped and cuirassed bust of Emperor Caracalla facing right, depicted from the rear, presenting a three-quarter back view characteristic of later Severan provincial coinage. The emperor's paludamentum is visible over the cuirass, with the laurel wreath rendered in fine detail atop the head. The encircling Greek legend runs along the periphery of the flan in a clockwise direction.
