Obverse description Bare laureate head of Antoninus Pius with slight traces of drapery at the shoulder, facing left. The portrait is rendered in the characteristic Antonine style with a full beard and naturalistic facial features. The legend runs clockwise around the periphery of the flan in Greek characters, partially visible due to the irregular edge of the coin.
