Obverse description Draped bust of Faustina II facing right, her hair elaborately coiffed and drawn back, adorned with a stephane or diadem, rendered in the typical Alexandrian provincial style. The portrait is presented in high relief against a plain field. The encircling Greek legend identifying her as Augusta and daughter of the deified emperor runs around the periphery of the flan.

Reverse description A distyle temple with two papyriform columns and a rounded pediment, rendered in the Egyptianizing architectural style characteristic of Alexandrian coinage. Within the temple's cella, a seated statue of Isis is depicted facing right, holding the infant Harpocrates. The composition reflects the syncretic religious iconography prevalent in Roman Egypt, combining Egyptian divine imagery within a classicizing architectural frame. The regnal year legend appears in the field.
