| Obverse description | Laureate head of Marcus Aurelius facing right, with traces of drapery visible at the shoulder truncation. The imperial effigy is rendered in the typical Antonine style of Alexandrian provincial coinage, with the laurel wreath clearly indicated despite heavy surface wear. The encircling legend, partially legible, identifies the emperor by his full titulature. The coin exhibits considerable patination and corrosion consistent with its age and bronze composition. |
