正面描述	Laureate head of the emperor Marcus Aurelius facing right, with traces of drapery visible at the shoulder. The effigy is rendered in the characteristic Antonine style, with a finely detailed laurel wreath crowning the imperial portrait. The circumferential Greek legend, partially legible due to wear, reads Μ ΑΥΡΗΛΙΟϹ ΑΝΤΩΝΙΝΟϹ ϹΕΒ, identifying the emperor by his full titulature as Marcus Aurelius Antoninus Augustus. The flan is irregular, typical of Alexandrian provincial bronze coinage of this period.

背面描述	Zeus enthroned to the left, depicted in a majestic seated pose upon a high-backed throne. In his extended right hand he holds a figurine of Nike, the goddess of victory, while his left hand rests upon a long upright sceptre. At his feet, an eagle stands facing left, a traditional attribute of Zeus in Alexandrian coinage. The regnal date legend L Δ (year 4, corresponding to 163–164 AD) appears in the field, divided on either side of the central type, serving as the sole reverse inscription.
