| Obverse description | Youthful, laureate head of the Demos (personification of the people of Thyatira) facing right, rendered in the classical Antonine style. The legend ΔΗΜΟϹ ΘΥΑΤΙΡΗΝΩΝ runs around the periphery in Greek characters. A beaded border frames the entire design. The flan bears a post-antique hole pierced at the lower center, and the surfaces show dark green patination consistent with prolonged burial. |

| Reverse description | Tyche standing in full figure to the left, wearing a kalathos (modius-style basket crown) on her head and draped in a long chiton and himation. She holds a rudder in her right hand and a cornucopia in her left arm, emblematic of fortune and civic prosperity. The Greek magistrate legend ΕΠΙ ϹΤΡΑ Γ ΑΥΡ(Η) ϹΤΡΑΤΟΝΙΚ(ΙΑΝ) — referring to the strategos Gaius Aurelius Stratonikianos — runs around the periphery. A beaded border is present, and the flan exhibits a pierced hole near the upper field. |
