| Obverse description | Laureate and cuirassed bust of Emperor Macrinus facing right, depicted in three-quarter view from the front, with visible beard and paludamentum. The effigy displays characteristic military attire with detailed cuirass work. A circular Greek legend surrounds the portrait, running along the coin's periphery. The die-cutting reflects the provincial workshop style typical of Bithynian civic coinage of the early 3rd century AD. |

| Reverse description | Zeus enthroned to the left, his right hand extending a patera in an act of libation, while his left arm rests upon a tall sceptre. An eagle stands at his feet to the left, head turned back to the right in the conventional heraldic pose. The composition follows the standard Olympian Zeus typology common in provincial Bithynian coinage. The reverse legend is disposed around the field in Greek characters identifying the issuing civic authority. |
