| Obverse description | Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust of Emperor Elagabalus facing right, depicted from the rear, with the paludamentum visible over the cuirass. The imperial effigy is rendered in the typical provincial style of the Severan period, with the laureate wreath clearly articulated around the head. A circular Greek legend surrounds the bust in the field. The flan is irregular and the surface shows typical provincial bronze patination consistent with issues of the Conventus of Miletus. |
