Obverse description Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust of Emperor Caracalla facing right, rendered in three-quarter view from the rear, with the paludamentum visible over the left shoulder. The effigy displays the characteristic youthful features associated with Caracalla's early reign portraiture. A Greek legend encircles the bust within a beaded border, naming the emperor by his adoptive title. The overall style is consistent with provincial bronze coinage of Asia Minor under the Severan dynasty.

Reverse description Sarapis enthroned to left upon an ornate seat, his right arm extended forward and outstretched over Cerberus, the three-headed guardian of the underworld, who sits at his feet. In his left hand the deity holds a tall sceptre rising vertically beside him. The composition reflects the strong Sarapic cult presence in Phrygian civic coinage. The ethnic legend of the issuing city appears in the field, and a beaded border frames the entire design.
