Obverse description Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust of Emperor Caracalla facing right, presented three-quarter from the rear, with the paludamentum visible over the left shoulder and the segmented cuirass rendered in detail. The effigy displays the characteristic youthful-to-mature features associated with Caracalla's portraiture, with a prominent laurel wreath crowning the head. The Greek imperial legend is disposed around the bust in the field, reading partially visible along the right margin of the flan. The overall style is consistent with provincial bronze coinage of the Conventus of Adramyteum in the early third century AD.
