The goddess holds a cornucopia in her left hand and a sceptre in her right, and wears a radiate crown. This reverse type, associating Isis with Sothis and the heliacal rising of Sirius, was a hallmark of Alexandrian coinage under Antoninus Pius, commemorating the annual Nile inundation cycle.
