She holds a rudder in her right hand and a cornucopia in her left, symbolising the fortune and prosperity of the city of Magnesia. A star appears in the field behind her figure. The reverse legend, arranged around the periphery, names the presiding grammateus and the civic ethnic of the Magnetes. |
