Obverse description Draped bust of Faustina II facing left, her hair elaborately waved and gathered at the nape in the characteristic Antonine court style. The effigy is rendered in high relief with fine drapery folds visible at the shoulder. A circular Greek legend frames the portrait in the field. The overall style is consistent with provincial Ephesian coinage of the Antonine period.
