Reverse description Athena depicted standing right in a martial pose, wearing a crested Corinthian helmet and full military attire. Her right arm is raised and brandishes a spear overhead, while her left arm supports a large round shield set at her side. The figure is rendered in the characteristic provincial style of Carian civic coinage, occupying the central field. The ethnic legend of the issuing city encircles the design in the periphery.
