| Reverse description | A prize table depicted in frontal perspective, its legs clearly rendered, upon which rests a central pile of five spherical objects (apples or balls), flanked on either side by a victor's wreath. The table type reverse is characteristic of coins commemorating the Pythian and Olympic games celebrated at Tralles. A multi-line Greek inscription within the field on the table surface and a surrounding legend identify the games, the local magistrate, and the civic authority, all within a dotted border. |
