He holds a spear in one hand and a Nike (Victory figurine) in the other, while his foot rests upon a bucranium (ox skull), a characteristic iconographic element associated with this deity in the Phrygian and Lydian provincial coinage tradition. The reverse legend naming the civic community is distributed across the field. |
