Obverse description Diademed and draped bust of Otacilia Severa facing right, her hair elaborately styled and bound with a diadem, wearing earrings and a necklace, with the imperial mantle draped over her shoulders. The portrait is rendered in the provincial style characteristic of the Pergamene conventus, with a dotted border encircling the field. The Greek legend surrounding the effigy identifies the empress by her full imperial titulature.
