Reverse description The lunar deity Mên depicted standing to the left, attired in the customary Anatolian fashion with Phrygian cap and crescent moon at the shoulders. He holds a patera in his extended right hand and a long sceptre in his left. The reverse field shows characteristic wear consistent with a circulated provincial issue. The encircling Greek legend names the archiprytanis Moschion as the issuing magistrate of the Prienean civic authority.
