Obverse description Draped bust of Annia Faustina facing right, her hair elaborately waved and pulled back in the fashionable Severan court style, with a diadem. The effigy is rendered in high relief with fine drapery visible at the shoulder. The encircling Greek legend runs along the beaded border of the flan.

The goddess holds a tall torch in one hand and stalks of grain (corn ears) in the other, emblematic of her chthonic and agricultural attributes. The multi-line magistrate legend occupies the field around the figure, referencing the local strategos responsible for the issue.
