Obverse description Radiate, draped and cuirassed bust of Gallienus facing right, seen from the rear, rendered in the characteristic provincial style of mid-third-century Ionian coinage. The emperor's military dress is indicated by the cuirass and paludamentum, with drapery folds visible at the shoulder and chest. A Greek legend encircles the effigy, naming the emperor by his full titulature. The flan shows the slightly irregular fabric typical of Milesian civic bronzes of this period, with areas of green patination visible on the surviving surfaces.

Reverse description Leto depicted in swift motion to the right, her robes billowing in dynamic folds as she flees, cradling an infant in each arm — the divine twins Apollo and Artemis — in a scene referencing the mythological pursuit by the serpent Python. The figure is rendered with vigorous provincial artistry, the children held securely against her torso. The encircling Greek legend attributes the issue to the magistracy of the archon Antonius Polemon of Miletus, a formula standard for civic bronzes of this mint.
