The youthful effigy displays finely detailed hair and military dress. A circular Greek legend surrounds the bust, reading the full titulature of Marcus Opellius Macrinus Antoninus Diadumenian Caesar. The flan is irregular with a notable chip at the lower right edge. |

| Beschrijving keerzijde | Tyche seated left upon a throne, holding a branch in her extended right hand, with her left hand resting upon a rocky eminence identified as Mount Persis. In the lower field at her feet, the river god Dureius is depicted swimming left, rendered in the conventional semi-recumbent manner typical of provincial bronze coinage. The reverse legend in two lines or circular arrangement names the issuing community. The composition reflects the standard civic iconography of Phrygian provincial issues under the Severan dynasty. |
