| Obverse description | Draped bust of Sabina, wife of Hadrian, facing right, her hair elaborately dressed and piled high on the crown of the head in the characteristic Hadrianic court style, with wavy strands falling to the nape of the neck. The legend ϹΑΒΙΝΑ ϹΕΒΑϹΤΗ (Sabina Augusta) runs around the periphery of the flan. The flan is irregular with some surface porosity, characteristic of Alexandrian bronze coinage of the period. |

| Reverse description | The goddess Isis Pharia depicted advancing to the right in a dynamic striding pose, draped in a flowing chiton with billowing garments rendered with fine linear detail. She holds a sistrum raised in her right hand and a billowing sail extended in her left, the latter a hallmark attribute of the Isis Pharia type associated with the lighthouse and harbour of Alexandria. The regnal year date L ΙϚ (Year 16) appears in the field. The reverse flan is irregular and shows characteristic Alexandrian hammered fabric. |
