| Obverse description | Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust of Emperor Hadrian facing right, depicted from the rear in the characteristic Alexandrian style. The portrait exhibits finely rendered paludamentum and body armour, consistent with imperial military iconography of the period. The surrounding Greek legend occupies the field in two segments, divided across the upper and lower periphery of the flan. The flan is irregular, as typical of Alexandrian provincial issues of the second century AD. |

| Reverse description | The personification of Dikaiosyne (Justice) stands facing, with head turned to the left, rendered in flowing robes in the Classical tradition. In her right hand she extends a pair of scales, symbol of equitable judgment, while her left arm cradles a cornucopia, emblematic of abundance and imperial beneficence. The date legend is inscribed in the field to the right of the figure, recording regnal year 19 according to the Alexandrian dating convention. The reverse type reflects the Hadrianic emphasis on justice and prosperity as central themes of imperial propaganda in the eastern provinces. |
