| Reverse description | Tyche, the personification of civic fortune, stands facing left in long chiton and himation, her turreted head crowned as befitting a city goddess. In her right hand she holds a ship's rudder resting on the ground, symbolising governance and fate, while her left arm cradles a cornucopia overflowing with ears of corn and poppies. The ethnic legend ΑΡΠΑϹΗΝΩΝ is distributed around the field within a beaded border, identifying the coin as an issue of the city of Harpasa. |
