| Obverse description | Laureate head of Emperor Commodus facing right, with long beard, rendered in the provincial Greek civic tradition. The portrait displays characteristic curled hair beneath the laurel wreath, with strong facial features typical of Commodan iconography. A Greek imperial titulature legend encircles the effigy in the field. The flan is slightly irregular, as is common for provincial bronzes of the Lydian conventus. |
