The goddess is crowned with the characteristic Isiac headdress, and her garments are shown in dynamic movement, evoking the maritime aspect of the cult of Isis as protectress of seafarers and the Alexandrian harbour. The date regnal legend L Ε appears in the field, denoting Year 5 of Antoninus Pius's reign. The reverse exhibits bold, high-relief engraving typical of Alexandrian bronze coinage under the Antonine dynasty.
