| Obverse description | Draped and cuirassed bust of Emperor Antoninus Pius facing right, with laureate head and short beard, the paludamentum fastened at the right shoulder and the cuirass rendered in relief beneath. The effigy is executed in the typical provincial style of Moesian bronzes, with bold, high-relief portraiture. The encircling Greek legend reads ΑΥΤ ΑΔΡΙΑ ΑΝΤΩΝΕΙΝΟϹ ϹΕΒ, distributed around the periphery of the flan. |
