Obverse description Laureate, draped bust of Emperor Vespasian facing right, rendered in the provincial style characteristic of Macedonian civic coinage. The effigy displays the emperor's distinctive physiognomy with a wreath of laurel encircling the head. A Latin imperial legend runs around the periphery of the flan, partially visible due to the irregular striking. The portrait is boldly executed in high relief against an unadorned field.
