| 正面描述 | Bare-headed, draped bust of Lucius Septimius Geta Caesar facing right, depicted as a youth, seen from the front. The portrait shows characteristic youthful features consistent with Geta's representation on provincial coinage of Bithynia. A circular Greek legend surrounds the effigy in the field. The flan exhibits the typical irregular fabric of a provincially struck hammered bronze. |

Cius — the port city on the Propontis that would later be refounded as Prusias ad Mare — retained the right to strike civic bronze under Septimius Severus through the same provincial autonomy that characterized Bithynian city coinage throughout the Severan period. The city's coinage is notably sparse compared to neighbors like Nicaea and Nicomedia, making any Cian issue from this reign scarce in the aggregate.
