Reverse description Cybele, the Phrygian mother goddess, seated in a biga drawn by two lions advancing to the right. The goddess holds the reins in one hand and rests her other arm upon a tympanum. The composition reflects strong local religious iconography deeply rooted in Mysian cultic tradition. The reverse legend, arranged in the field and along the periphery, records the name of the local magistrate responsible for the issue. The overall style is characteristic of Hadrianeian civic bronze coinage of the Severan era.
