The wreath is rendered with individual leaves carefully detailed on each side, converging symmetrically. A noteworthy epigraphic feature is the use of a variant zeta (Ζ) formed in the manner of the Japanese katakana character エ, a localised letterform occasionally encountered on Cyzicene civic bronzes of this period.
