Reverse description Hecate depicted standing facing in her triform aspect, with three heads, each turned to a different direction, holding a lighted torch in each of her outstretched hands. To the left of the goddess stands a lighted altar, its flame rendered in relief. To the right appears what may be a panther or feline animal, though the identification remains uncertain due to wear. The composition is symmetrical and reflects the Hekataion iconographic tradition common to Hierapolis coinage. The Greek neocorate legend is distributed in two lines around the reverse field.
