Obverse description Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust of Emperor Elagabalus facing right, the cuirass decorated with relief ornament, seen from the front. The imperial effigy is rendered in the provincial Greek style characteristic of Moesian civic coinage of the early third century AD. The legend is disposed around the bust in Greek characters.

Reverse description Apollo standing facing with head turned to the right, his right hand extended and placed over a lyre resting on a tall pillar to his right, while a tripod stands to his left. The god is depicted in a statuesque, classicising manner typical of provincial civic bronzes. The ethnic legend of the issuing community is inscribed in two lines in the field around the figure.
