Obverse description Draped bust of Empress Salonina facing right, wearing a diadem, depicted as Chrysogone Augusta. The effigy is rendered in the provincial Greek style typical of mid-third-century Ephesian coinage, with visible drapery folds over the shoulder. A Greek legend curves around the bust within a dotted border. The portrait conveys the idealized imperial likeness standard for consort coinage of the Gallienic period.
