Obverse description Diademed and draped bust of Herennia Etruscilla, Augusta and consort of Emperor Trajan Decius, facing right, rendered in the provincial style characteristic of Dacian coinage. The portrait displays a diadem across the brow and elaborate drapery at the shoulder. The encircling Latin legend reads HER ETRVSCILLA AVG, identifying the empress by name and title. The flan is irregular, typical of provincial bronze issues of the mid-third century AD.
